This program offers the designation of SHRP (Certified Strategic Human Resource Professional), and MHRM(Certified Master of Human Resources Management), to candidates who demonstrate their understanding of the fundamentals of the profession through the successful completion of rigorous professional certification examinations.

CANDIDATES MUST BE CERTIFIED AT LEVEL 1 BEFORE THEY CAN BE CERTIFIED AT LEVEL 2 UNLESS THEY DEMONSTRATE THEY HAVE SUFFICIENT EXPERIENCE TO BYPASS LEVEL 1.
