This Business Management and Strategy series is a core certification program of the International Institute for Executive Training. This program offers the designation of SOBE (Certified Strategic Operations Business Executive), and CIEM (Certified International Executive Manager), to candidates who demonstrate their understanding of the fundamentals of the profession through the successful completion of rigorous professional certification examinations.

CANDIDATES MUST BE CERTIFIED AT LEVEL 1 BEFORE THEY CAN BE CERTIFIED AT LEVEL 2 UNLESS THEY DEMONSTRATE THEY HAVE SUFFICIENT EXPERIENCE TO BYPASS LEVEL 1.
